H.S. 11364 & H.S. 11377(A) -- DISMISSED

Client was charged with possession of 12 grams of methamphetamine. After reviewing the police report and other evidence with our client, we were able to file a motion to suppress the evidence that was collected during the arrest based on the officer performing a warrantless search. The motion was granted by the court, and the case was dismissed.

H.S. 11377(A) & V.C. 5204(A) -- DISMISSED

Client was charged with possession of methamphetamine. After reviewing the police report and other evidence with our client, we were able to file a motion to suppress the evidence that was collected during the arrest based on the officer performing a warrantless search, believing that the client had a valid fourth amendment waiver. It was later discovered the client did not have a valid fourth amendment waiver, and the motion was subsequently granted by the court and the case dismissed.

P.C. 484 -- DISMISSED

Client was charged with petty theft. After reviewing the police report and other evidence with our client, we were able to file a motion to dismiss the case based on the client's speedy trial rights having been violated between the time the charges were filed and the time the case was later prosecuted. The motion was subsequently granted by the court and the case dismissed.
